Franky konnte mittlerweile in das Spielzeughaus vordringen, doch Señor Pink macht ihm weiter schwer zu schaffen. Und dann rücken auch noch Vizeadmiral Bastille und seine Marinesoldaten an. Im Palast offenbart sich Admiral Fujitora als De Flamingos Verbündeter – mit eigenen Interessen. Er will das Gleichgewicht der regierenden Mächte aufheben und eine neue Weltordnung schaffen. In the Colosseum, Rebecca finds Lucy to tell him she is in the finals too, but notices that Lucy is different than she remembers. Diamante is also announced to be fighting in the next match.
Meanwhile, at the palace, Viola shows Luffy's group a secret emergency lift that was kept hidden even from Doflamingo. Though stairs were also available, the group prefer to take the lift up with Luffy acting as counter weight.
The battle at the Toy House rages on as Franky launches rockets at Senor Pink who took a missile on the face, in order to protect Machvise who was unable to move. He then gets up and tries to flatten Franky with a body slam but misses. Before the fight could continue, the Marines show up surrounding the Toy House with the intent to arrest Franky.
In the Palace, Fujitora reveals that his intention is to abolish the Shichibukai system. Doflamingo takes this as a threat and attacks him but Fujitora says that his orders in defending the country from the Straw Hats still stand and once he deals with them, he will turn his attention towards Doflamingo.
Back to the Colosseum, the final battle for the Mera Mera no Mi is about to begin with a new battle platform and the first to step out is Lucy.
Dans le Colisée Corrida, Gats annonce à la foule assemblée l'heure de la finale où vont affronter les quatre vainqueurs des blocs précédents avant de l'informer d'une triste nouvelle : quatre officiers de la Famille Doflamingo, Dellinger, Señor Pink, Lao G et Machvise, ne pourront pas participer à cette finale car ils se sont retirés de la compétition à la grande surprise générale. Mais Gats rassure les spectateurs du Colisée en leur disant que Diamante, le héros national, participera au tournoi en lieu et place de ses prestigieux collègues.
Gats annuncia che solo Diamante fronteggerà i quattro finalisti, mentre Rebecca si incontra con il nuovo Lucy che le dice che tutto andrà bene e che la sua nazione gli ricorda dove è cresciuto. Alla Toy House, Franky si ritrova a fronteggiare anche Machvise e alcuni marine guidati da Bastille.
予選が終了し、決勝戦の開始を待つコロシアムでは、突如、出場選手の変更が告げられた。幹部たちの欠場に不満の声を上げる観客たちだが、ディアマンテの参戦に歓声を上げる。一方、辛くも勝利したレベッカは、負傷者の手当てでごった返す中、タンカで運ばれるアキリアに胸の中で礼を言い、そっと見送った。やがてルーシーに気づくレベッカだが、偽物だとわかって身構える。しかし、謎の男は悪いようにはしないと耳打ちした。バルトロメオと共に去った謎の男もまた、この国が俺たちの国と似ていると意味ありげにつぶやく。
Luffy, Zoro y Kinemon se encuentran con Violet la cual promete ayudarles a entrar en el castillo mediante un pasadizo secreto. Violet conoce a las hadas gracias a su poder y está al tanto de la rebelión que se ha estado gestando durante todo este tiempo. De manera que podemos decir que ella misma es una revolucionaria.
Así que nada, ya tenemos a Luffy subiendo hacia Doflamingo. Por otro lado Franky sigue enfrentñandose cada vez a más gente en la casa de los juguetes. Y es que, ya no solo son dos hombres de Doflamingo, ahora también la marina ha venido a jugar... ¿como saldrá Franky de esta?
Pasando al título del capítulo, que sepáis que simplemente hace referencia una conversación que tienen Doffy y el almirante. En ella el segundo le comenta que una vez la ciudad esté a salvo de los sombrero de paja, Doflamingo caerá por su propio peso. Y poco más.
No queda muy claro si el almirante tiene un sentido de la justicia muy fino o es un vendido, pero lo que si que nos queda claro es que quiere abolir los Shichibukai. Cosa bastante interesante la verdad. Pasando al Colisseo, al fin tenemos la ronda final en la que Sabo sale como un renacido Lucy para conseguir la fruta de Ace. Ganazas de ver las nuevas habilidades de Sabo en combate la verdad.
