Oars recovers from Nightmare Luffy's attack. However, the Strawhats all get back on their feet, from Luffy to Brook, and launch a final devastating attack on Oars, which ends with Luffy smashing a Gigant Bazooka into Oars' face from above, breaking his spine and finally defeating the demon. Moria, however, gets out of Oars' stomach moments later, and prepares himself for his ultimate technique, Shadows Asgard. By sucking up all of the shadows of all of the zombies on Thriller Bark, totaling one thousand shadows, Moria becomes a grotesque monster, as big as Oars in size with short spindly legs, gigantic arms, and a huge bloated neck pulsating with veins.
Oz se remet de l'attaque de Nightmare Luffy. Cependant, les Mugiwara se remettent tous sur pied, de Luffy à Brook, et lancent une dernière attaque dévastatrice sur Oz.
Odr si riprende dagli attacchi di Nightmare Rufy. Nel frattempo anche l'intera ciurma di Cappello di Paglia rinviene e, usando un devastante attacco combinato, riesce a sconfiggere definitivamente il gigante. Moria, tuttavia, non si dà per vinto e, uscito dal corpo di Odr, si prepara ad utilizzare lo Shadows Asgard. Risucchiando le ombre di tutti gli zombie su Thriller Bark, che ammontano a mille, Moria si trasforma in un mostro grottesco, delle enormi dimensioni.
Antes de que las sombras abandonasen su cuerpo, Luffy consigue derrotar a Moria y Oz. Pero momentos después el gigantesco zombie vuelve a levantarse por su condición de inmortal. La banda vuelve a unir sus fuerzas de nuevo y juntos consiguen darle el golpe definitivo que termina con su amenaza. Pero cuando parece que todo terminó, Moria se pone en pie y empieza a absorber las sombras de todos los zombies de Thriller Bark.
