Die Mitglieder der Strohhutbande machen sich auf die Suche nach den Schlüsseln zu Nico Robins Handschellen. In den Räumen des Turms der Gerechtigkeit treffen Sanji auf Kalifa, Zorro auf Ecki und Sogeking auf Jabura. Es kommt zum Kampf, bei dem sich Ecki und Jabura mit Hilfe von Teufelsfrüchten in eine Giraffe und einen Wolf verwandeln.
Zoro and Kaku engage in an intense sword fight. Directly beneath them, Sogeking fails to steal a key from the sleeping CP9 assassin Jyabura. Eventually, Kaku makes use of his newly gained devil fruit power. He transforms into a giraffe, causing the floor to collapse. He and Zoro fall down a story, interrupting the fight between Sogeking and Jyabura. The fighting halts as everyone entertains themselves by making fun of Kaku's ridiculous appearance. Enraged, Kaku uses his new power to vertically cut the building in half. As the confusion subsides, Zoro and Sogeking realize that they accidentally handcuffed themselves together. Meanwhile, Luffy searches high and low for the Tower of Justice for Robin and her captors.

Zoro inizia a combattere contro Kaku e Sogeking fallisce nel rubare la chiave ad un addormentato Jabura. Kaku mostra la trasformazione che gli ha donato il suo nuovo frutto del diavolo e ciò fa crollare il pavimento. Nel frattempo, Rufy gira in lungo ed in largo la Torre di Giustizia per trovare Robin.
Mientras Luffy busca a Rucchi por la Torre de la Justicia, Zoro empieza su combate contra Kaku en la habitación de éste. Sogeking intenta robarle la llave a Jabura mientras duerme, pero no lo consigue. Sanji llega hasta la habitación de Califa.
路飞不顾一切的往前追斯潘达姆和路奇，索隆等人则是对付其它CP9成员抢钥匙。于是索隆遇上了卡库，狙击王则是遇上了本来一直在睡觉的加布拉，原来卡库和加布拉也都是动物系恶魔果实能力者，不过卡库的长颈鹿造型让战斗的场面，一瞬间变成了爆笑的闹剧…

Entrementes, Luffy procura algo abaixo na torre da justiça e tenta cruzar os redemoinhos de água para a ponte da rumo ao portão da justiça
