The Pacifista enter Marineford as part of Sengoku's plan to win the war against Whitebeard. It appears that part of Sengokou's plan failed as all the pirates were to be inside the bay but Sengoku gives the order to attack all the pirates allied with Whitebeard outside the bay first. The Pacifista are then activated and destroy most of the allied pirates. Sengoku then goes on to say that the encircling walls should be activated once all video feeds are cut. However, the prisoners of Impel Down have captured one of the Den Den Mushi so that they could advertise their 'saviour' captain Buggy. Mihawk's battle with Vista is coming to a hasty conclusion and Luffy briefly encounters an admiral. The episode ends as the captain of an allied crew (Squardo) betrays Whitebeard and stabs him in the chest with a sword.
I pirati di Barbabianca si rendono conto di essere stati circondati dalle forze avversarie. Alcuni di loro tentano di opporsi all'esercito di Pacifisti alle loro spalle, anche se con scarso successo, mentre Rufy e gli altri continuano ad avanzare verso il patibolo. Kizaru appare dinanzi a Cappello di Paglia, in aiuto del quale arrivano i comandanti di Barbabianca e Jinbe. Sengoku fa pressione sui suoi sottoposti affinché le trasmissioni vengano interrotte al più presto, così da poter giustiziare Ace, ma la lumacamera in mano a Bagy ed i suoi è ancora in funzione. Intanto, Squardo raggiunge la Moby Dick e, dopo un breve discorso, trafigge inaspettatamente Barbabianca.
Los Pacifistas, derrotan a los Piratas de Barbablanca en su camino, pero el plan no es totalmente eficaz, debido a que Barba Blanca ataca a los buques. Los infantes de marina se retiran de la plaza, con la intención de elevar el muro de fortificación y ejecutar a Ace antes de terminar con los Piratas de Barbablanca y Luffy, y los comandantes de Barbablanca se apresuran para llegar a Ace. Las órdenes de Sengoku son aplicadas y todos los Den Den Mushi dejan de emitir, pero el que robo Buggy todavía sigue transmitiendo imágenes. Squardo, uno de los aliados de Barba Blanca que había estado ausente por algún tiempo, apuñala a Barba Blanca en el pecho con su espada.

Os Piratas do Barba Branca e a Marinha parecem estar em um impasse, onde nenhuma das forças consegue assumir a vantagem. Mas então surge um exército de armas humanas, cuja aparência remete a Bartholomew Kuma, e os Piratas do Barba Branca e Luffy agora sofrem ataques dos dois lados.
