Oggy findet eine Karte, auf der ein versteckter Schatz verzeichnet ist. Als er an bewusster Stelle sucht, entdeckt er dort ein Gefängnis. Nun gibt sich der Kater redlich Mühe, weil er in den Knast wandern will.
On a rainy day, Oggy and Jack are watching TV when a thunderstorm damages the antenna. Oggy is sent to repair it, but a thunder hits him as well and he falls into muddy water full of snails, which makes him able to trespass walls.
Les cafards réussissent à convaincre Oggy de l'existence d'un trésor... caché au centre pénitentiaire !
