Sipowicz gets a call from the FBI that a bomb may have been forwarded in the mail to the Family Court building. The detectives go to the scene and after dealing with a minor bureaucrat start an evacuation of the building. McDowell and Ortiz respond to the scream of a woman who's opened an envelope that has covered her with white powder. Hazmat sets up do some field testing for anthrax; McDowell and Ortiz need to be checked out. Laughlin takes some time to try breaking Clark Jr.'s balls, he breaks them back.
