The fictional town of Neustadt has everything that can be found anywhere in Germany - only in this town everything is a bit weirder and more bizarre. Phenomena of contemporary German culture are shown there overexcited, tattered, turned upside down and parodically chopped up. In twelve-minute episodic stories, a permanent cast tells of populism, modern working environments, art prizes and other socially relevant issues.
