José Antonio Zorrilla Martínez, "Monís", was a prominent Mexican lyricist who collaborated with the great composers of the time, such as Luis Arcaraz, Gonzalo Curiel, Gabriel Ruiz, among others. Tonight, we make a well-deserved tribute to his creations: Malena Duran, a Mexican singer with a wide melodic range, and Los Tecolines, the trio that represents a whole era in romantic music and serenade in Mexico, perform some of his songs.
