Ryan se ujímá vedení Divize s Nikitou po svém boku. Jejich první mise v novém režimu má přivést zpět „Třicítku špinavců“, tuláky, kteří po Percyho smrti nereagovali na odvolání z Divize. Jejich první mise bohužel nejde tak, jak bylo plánováno, a Michael je zatčen, což nutí Nikitu, aby pro něj vymyslela únikový plán. Alex reprízuje své alter ego, zkaženou ruskou princeznu Alexandru Udinovovou, a to velmi unikátním způsobem. Mezitím se Birkhoff snaží, navzdory rostoucímu zájmu o ni, udržet pracovní vztah se Sonyou.
Ryan takes charge of Division with Nikita by his side. Their first mission under the new regime is to bring in “The Dirty Thirty,” the rogue agents who failed to respond to the Division recall after Percy was killed. Unfortunately, their first mission doesn’t go as planned and Michael is arrested, forcing Nikita to change gears and hatch an escape plan for him. Alex reprises her alter ego, the spoiled Russian princess Alexandra Udinov, in a very unique way as part of the plan to spring Michael. Meanwhile, Birkhoff struggles to maintain a working relationship with Sonya, despite his growing attraction to her.

Après le démantèlement de la Division version Percy et sa reprise en main par Ryan Fletcher, l'heure est venue pour Nikita, Michael et Birkhoff de repartir en mission. Si le programme est encore officiellement classé "Top Secret", les règles ont changé et l'objectif également. L'époque de la manipulation est terminée, il est temps désormais de réparer les erreurs commises dans le passé et de stopper 30 ex-agents en fuite. Ryan si fa carico della Divisione con Nikita al suo fianco. La loro prima missione è occuparsi degli agenti che non hanno risposto all'ordine di rientro dopo la morte di Percy. Purtroppo la missione è un fallimento, Michael viene arrestato forzando Nikita a organizzare un piano di fuga. Alex riprende la sua falsa identità, quella della principessa Alexandra Udinov, per liberare Michael. Intanto Birkhoff cerca di rimanere in relazioni professionali con Sonya, nonostante i sentimenti che prova per lei.
