Neven Maguire brings his popular Christmas specials from the heart of Co Limerick this year, as he cooks easy and festive dishes in the world-renowned Adare Manor. Neven prepares Dublin Bay prawn spring rolls with mango salsa to start, then turkey breast with citrus butter, honey glazed ham with a side of mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, red onion and bacon crumble for his main. And for dessert, he serves up chocolate baked Alaska covered in chocolate sauce.
Neven Maguire cooks garlic mushrooms and ham vol au vents with tomato salad, with seafood and leek gratin. He also prepares a roasted butterfield leg of lamb with boulangere potatoes, before enjoying the local surroundings and fishing on the River Maigue with Stephen Normoyle.
