There's a mysterious bomber in the city who leaves their calling card behind. In the scene of the crime, Neuro and Yako meet Usui, Sasazuka's "boss" who is skeptical of Yako's deduction ability. Despite of Usui's threats, Neuro and Yako take matters into their own hands and find out the pattern of the bomber of destroying buildings. As soon as they know the next building to be targeted, they go in and de-activate the bomb that was in the Women's bathroom, so as to lure the bomber. They are successful, and catch the criminal, a woman who reveals herself as being "Histerrier," and that she bombed buildings due to the frustation of not being able to be herself around her family. After de-activating a second bomb with Sasazuka's help, Neuro eats the mystery and "Histerrier" is arrested. However, towards the end of the episode, Yako is told that the way Sasazuka stopped the bomb (shooting it with perfect accuracy) was a method not taught by the police.
弥子がネウロと組むきっかけとなった惨劇は、半年前の春に発生していた。弥子は、父・桂木誠一郎、母・遥との三人暮らし。その日、弥子や遥がそれぞれ学校や仕事に出かけた後、家政婦は桂木家３階にある書斎に誠一郎を呼びに行った。ノックしても出てこないことを不審に思った家政婦は、ベランダ側の血で染まったガラス窓から書斎内を覗き込み、室内に倒れている首のない死体を目撃したのだ。検証の結果、誠一郎の死体は、チェーンソーで切断されており、全身の血が抜かれている。そして、密室状態だった現場に最初に突入した所轄の巡査・竹田は、その後、なぜか行方不明になっていたのだ――。
そんな記憶を引きずる弥子が、ある日、ネウロと公園で爆破事件に遭遇した。実は、最近都内で、ヒステリアと名乗る犯人が起こした爆破事件が多発しており、弥子らが遭遇した爆破も同じ犯人らしかった。これまで爆破された各現場の頭文字からネウロが推理した次のターゲットは、目の前にそびえる高層ホテル。ネウロの推理を聞いた石垣と笹塚は、直ちにホテルで爆弾探しを開始した。
そんな中、いち早く６５階の女子トイレで時限爆弾を発見したネウロは、弥子と呼び出していた吾代に起爆装置の解除を指示した。残り時間は３分。多くの人命を救うため必死になった弥子らは、何とか解除に成功。これを確認したネウロは、次に、爆弾が爆発しないことでチェックに来る犯人を確認すると言い出した。

Hay un misterioso bombardero en la ciudad que deja atrás su tarjeta de visita. En la escena del crimen, Neuro y Yako se encuentran con Usui, el "jefe" de Sasazuka, que es escéptico sobre la capacidad de deducción de Yako. A pesar de las amenazas de Usui, Neuro y Yako se hacen cargo del asunto y descubren el patrón del bombardero de destruir edificios. Tan pronto como saben el próximo edificio a ser atacado, entran y desactivan la bomba que estaba en el baño de las mujeres, para atraer al bombardero. Tienen éxito y atrapan al criminal, una mujer que se revela a sí misma como "Histerrier" y que bombardeó edificios debido a la falta de poder estar cerca de su familia. Después de desactivar una segunda bomba con la ayuda de Sasazuka, Neuro se come el misterio y se detiene a "Histerrier". Sin embargo, hacia el final del episodio, a Yako se le dice que la forma en que Sasazuka detuvo la bomba (dispararla con perfecta precisión) fue un método que no fue enseñado por la policía.
