Goku fuses with Vegeta, who has been allowed to return to Earth. They form a powerful warrior named Vegerott (γγΈγγ, Bejitto) who easily defeats Boo, but allows Boo to absorb him so that he can free Gohan and the others. As he enters Boo's body, Vegerott suddenly defuses. Goku and Vegeta find and free Gohan, Goten, Trunks and Piccolo. As they also free the obese Boo, the current Boo undergoes a new transformation that turns him into a child-like Boo.
