After he and Naruto learn that the captive Tailed Beasts have been resealed into their Jinchuriki, Killer Bee makes the first move by attacking Fu but he and Naruto learn the reanimated Jinchuriki are able to use the coordination of the Rinnegan's Six Paths of Pain in conjunction with the Sharingan's increased reaction time. As Naruto attempts to destroy the Chakra receivers, Bee transforms into Gyuki to level the forest while knocking down the other Jinchuriki. However, the reanimated Jinchuriki strike back with Han transforming into the Five-Tails while the others attack Naruto. Though Tobi attempts to use Kamui on Naruto to increase the odds in his favor, his plot is foiled by Kakashi and Guy arriving in the nick of time. Though Tobi tells them that they still have no chance against his eyes and Tailed Beasts, Kakashi states his Sharingan while Guy adds his notability as Konoha's Sublime Green Beast of Prey.
Naruto et Killer Bee sont face à 6 anciens hôtes qui ont été équipés avec une pupille Rinnegan chacun. Fort de son expérience après avoir combattu Pain, Naruto trouve un plan pour stopper les Jinchuriki.

Naruto y Killer Bee pelean contra los Jinchūrikis los cuales usan el poder de sus Bijūs después de haber sido resucitados, Killer Bee se lanza contra la jinchūriki del Nanabi pero esta esquiva las espadas como si nada a lo que Naruto se percata de que están usando el mismo jutsu de Pain, gracias al Rinnegan sus ojos están conectados lo que será imposible hacerles daño, y tras una observación a Yugito descubren que poseen una barra en el pecho, por lo que Naruto y Killer Bee deberán atraparlos uno a uno y lograr quitarles las barras y así no seguirán siendo controlados, sin más Naruto se lanza contra Roshi y con un Rasengan casi logra quitarle la barra pero Han jinchūriki del Gōbi golpea a Naruto. El Hachibi pide a Killer Bee transformarse en el mismo y destruir todo el bosque, logrando el acto el panorama cambia a un gigantesco cráter en donde los Jinchūrikis quedan golpeados así Killer Bee usa el Fūn no jutsu: Octopus Hold, que son clones de tinta que lograrán sellarlos, pero Tobi libera la segunda fase de los Jinchūrikis haciéndolos más poderosos. Así todos se lanzan contra el Hachibi y Naruto donde el Gōbi se transforma y golpea a Killer Bee, Naruto es acorralado por Tobi cuando parece que este lo a vencido, en el último segundo aparecen Kakashi y Guy los cuales se unen a la batalla a lo que Tobi alega que no harán la diferencia.
