Izumi Hayato ist niedergeschlagen, denn eigentlich wollte er sich zum Schülerratspräsidenten wählen lassen. Doch er wurde von Ui Wakana geschlagen, die bei ihrer Kampagne versprochen hat, "die Liebe von allen Restriktionen auf dem Schulgelände zu befreien", und dabei mit Kondomen um sich geschmissen hat.
Nun muss er ihr als Vizepräsident bei der Umsetzung dieses Ziels helfen.
Zu allem Überfluss lädt Wakana sich auch noch selbst bei ihm zu Hause ein, um dem völlig verdutzten Hayato dann auch noch prompt klar zu machen, dass sie seine Verlobte sei.
Anscheinend waren die Eltern der beiden gute Freunde und haben deren Ehe "arrangiert" als sie total betrunken waren. Allerdings waren Hayato und Wakana damals erst 3 Jahre alt.
Wakana ist zwar völlig unerfahren in der Liebe, dafür aber fest entschlossen die Verlobung durchzuziehen. Wird Hayato ihren Versuchungen widerstehen können?
The story begins with Izumi Hayato running to be student body president. But when a beautiful girl swings in promising the liberalization of love while flinging condoms into the audience, he ends up losing to her and becoming the vice president. At the student council meeting, the newly-elected president invites herself over to Izumi's house, where she promptly announces she is to become Izumi's wife thanks to an agreement that their parents had made, a drunken promise decades ago that their children would one day become husband and wife. Naturally Hayato is against this, but Ui has the complete opposite reaction, and even wants to live with him!
Will the upset Hayato and the overenthusiastic Ui be able to manage their school and marital life while keeping it a secret from the other students? Or will the two never come to understand each other's feelings?

L’histoire commence lorsque Izumi Hayato participe aux élections du président du conseil des élèves. Cependant, il n’est pas tout seul à vouloir être le président. Une jeune et belle fille nommée Wakana Ui se présente elle aussi aux élections. Cette dernière a fait des promesses d’amour et de romance en lançant des préservatifs dans le public.
C’est alors que notre jeune protagoniste perdit les élections et devint le vice-président.
En rentrant chez lui, ses parents lui annoncent qu’il est victime d’un mariage arrangé et que sa fiancée n’est autre que Wakana Ui.

La storia inizia quando Izumi Hayato decide di tentare di diventare il presidente del consiglio studentesco. Ma il suo sogno si infrange quando arriva una bellissima ragazza che promette a tutti di liberalizzare l’amore. Izumi non ha scampo, finisce per soccombere a lei e diventa vice presidente. Durante un incontro con il consiglio studentesco, la neoeletta presidente si autoinvita a casa di Izumi, dove improvvisamente annuncia che diventerà la moglie di Izumi grazie ad un accordo (facilitato dall’alcool) fatto dai loro genitori quando i due avevano solamente tre anni.

Хаято Изуми был твердо нацелен на победу в выборах президента студенческого совета. До тех пор, пока его предвыборная кампания не провалилась с треском из-за непонятно откуда взявшейся незнакомки. Новая кандидатка на пост Уи Вакана провозглашает своим лозунгом «либерализацию любви» и организует избирателям раздачу презервативов, тем самым завоевав непоколебимые авторитет и популярность.
Так Уи стала главой студсовета, а Хаято, совершенно не разделяющий свободные нравы девушки, — ее вице-президентом. После заседания Уи напрашивается в гости к своему заместителю, где заявляет, что они должны пожениться и отныне будут жить под одной крышей, а виной всему обещания, данные их родителями много лет назад на пьяную голову.
Hayato Izumi, un chico de primer año de preparatoria, pierde sus esperanzas de ser el presidente del Consejo Estudiantil al perder contra Ui Wakana, la bella chica que promete retirar todas las restricciones en el campus para el romance. Después de la primera reunión del consejo, Ui llega a casa de Hayato y anuncia que ella será su esposa debido a un acuerdo que sus padres hicieron cuando ellos eran niños.
