My Two Dads

Die Singles Michael Taylor (Paul Reiser) und Joey Harris (Greg Evigan) kümmern sich gemeinsam um die Teenagerin Nicole Bradford (Staci Keanan). Nicole ist die Tochter einer verstorbenen alten Flamme, mit der sowohl Michael als auch Joey zusammen waren. Einer von beiden ist Nicoles Vater, aber niemand weiß, wer. Richterin Margaret Wilbur (Florence Stanley) ist die Besitzerin des Hauses, in dem die drei wohnen, und beaufsichtigt außerdem die Erziehung unter diesen seltsamen Umständen. Cory Kupkus (Vonni Ribisi) ist Nicoles Freund, Ed Klawicki (Dick Butkus) führt das Lokal, in dem die Familie oft isst.

Lifelong friends Joey Harris and Michael Taylor are both appointed legal guardians to Nicole Bradford, the daughter of a woman they once dated at the same time, who died shortly after giving birth without ascertaining the identity of the father.
