Authorities have a shootout with a homicidal fugitive who has taken refuge in a mansion. Then, a woman in a wheelchair is abducted by three hoodlums, but are reeled in by a police dragnet. Plus, a SWAT team bulldozes a convenience store to get to a kidnapper but it still takes a shot from a sniper to down him.
