Genki und seine Freunde sind beim nächsten Turnier gelandet. Doch Mocchi hat Fieber und muss ins Krankenhaus. Dort trifft Golem auf die hübsche Michelle. Ihr Vater Tony sagt ihm, dass sie sehr krank ist und nur eine Operation ihr helfen kann, die er jedoch nicht bezahlen kann. Golem bittet seine Freunde um das Preisgeld, das zufällig genauso hoch ist, wie die Kosten für die Operation. Das Turnier steigt und Golem muss zweimal kämpfen, weil Mocchi, angeschlagen wie er ist von Genki aus dem Turnier genommen wird. Auch Michelle ist da und feuert Golem an, als er gerade am Verlieren ist. Da rappelt er sich auf und besiegt seinen Gegner. Anschließend übergibt er Michelles Vater das Preisgeld. Danach erfahren unsere Freunde, dass es im Krankenhaus keine kranke Michelle gibt. Golem ist einer Betrügerin aufgesessen. Sie lässt jedoch, weil er so nett war, die Hälfte des Geldes zurück.
In the Winner's Cup held in a town by the seaside, Mocchi's partner has to be Golem who is the only 1 in the 5 IMA designated monsters that is with the gang. It will be 2 rounds of 1 on 1 battles and a Sudden Death in the event of a tie against the defending champions. While Golem is bend on making up for his mistakes the other time, Mocchi isn't feeling well at all and faints (from high fever) while registering.
After being sent to the hospital, they ponder if they should withdraw but Golem decides that he will win the 1st round and even if Mocchi lost, he will win in the Sudden Death round. While on his way to practice, Golem runs into Michelle, a girl who shares much interest in common with Golem. Golem brings her to the beach and she faints from exhaustion.
Golem finds out that she is very sick from her father and that she needs 5000 gold (which is the same amount as the Winner's Cup prize money) for the operation. Golem decides to help, so he trains really hard and asks his friends to let him keep the Winner's Cup prize money. Mocchi looks better after some rest and they enter the competition. Golem managed to defeat a fearsome Arrowhead but Mocchi faints while fighting Noble Gel.
In Sudden Death, can Golem defeat the powerful Noble Gel and get the money to help Michelle who came all the way to cheer him on despite her sickness?
En la Winner's Cup celebrada en un pueblo junto al mar, el compañero de Mocchi tiene que ser Golem, que es el único 1 de los 5 monstruos designados por IMA que está con la pandilla. Serán 2 rondas de 1 en 1 batallas y una muerte súbita en caso de un empate contra los campeones defensores. Mientras que Golem se resiste a compensar sus errores la otra vez, Mocchi no se siente bien en absoluto y se desmaya (por fiebre alta) mientras se registra.
Después de ser enviados al hospital, reflexionan si deberían retirarse, pero Golem decide que ganará la primera ronda e incluso si pierde Mocchi, ganará en la ronda de muerte súbita. Mientras se dirige a la práctica, Golem se encuentra con Michelle, una chica que comparte mucho interés en común con Golem. Golem la lleva a la playa y ella se desmaya del cansancio.
Golem descubre que está muy enferma de su padre y que necesita 5000 de oro (que es la misma cantidad que el dinero del premio de la Copa Winner) para la operación. Golem decide ayudar, por lo que entrena muy duro y le pide a sus amigos que le permitan quedarse con el dinero del premio de la Copa del Ganador. Mocchi se ve mejor después de descansar un poco y entran a la competencia. Golem logró derrotar a un temible Arrowhead, pero Mocchi se desmaya mientras lucha contra Noble Gel.
En Sudden Death, ¿puede Golem vencer al poderoso Noble Gel y obtener el dinero para ayudar a Michelle, que vino todo el camino para animarlo a pesar de su enfermedad?
