Campbell and his cameraman are assigned to the jailbreak. Campbell and McKnight get tangled up with the escapees and wind up as hostages. The fugitive doesn't really appear to be a dangerous criminal to Campbell, who does some fast talking and offers the promise to help clear the escapee of the charges that jailed him.
