Yoichi and Yoshimura accept the hamburger taste contest, and after much ingenuity, starting with the making of the bun, they finally create a Yoichi-style hamburger. It's so good that Ajiou, who is hospitalized, becomes energized after tasting it. Ajiou tries to get Yukari, a girl in the same hospital room, to try Yoichi's hamburger, but she refuses.

ハンバーガー味勝負を受けた陽一と吉村は、陽一流ハンバーガーを完成させた。試食した入院中の味皇が元気になるほどの出来栄えで、味皇は同じ病室の少女・ゆかりにも陽一のハンバーガーを食べてもらおうとするが…。
