ラーメン勝負！驚くべき中国四千年の歴史

Toho promises to show Yoichi the wonder of China's 4,000-year history, and takes him to an island called Ryorinji Temple. The island is dedicated to culinary training. Toho shows off his skills by creating the legendary "Swallow Skin Noodles" from lean pork. He then challenges Yoichi to a ramen contest.

中華4千年の歴史のすごさを見せてやると言い、虎峰は陽一を「料林寺」という島に連れてきた。そこは全てが料理の修行のためにある島だった。虎峰は豚肉の赤身から幻の「燕皮麺」を作って力を見せつける。
