Das kriminelle Pärchen Catherine und Eric Hagar hat sich auf raffinierte Spendenbetrügereien spezialisiert und sahnt damit ganz groß ab. Nach einem Coup, der zwei Millionen Dollar eingebracht hat, wird das Kobra-Team auf die beiden Gauner angesetzt. Phelps verfolgt eine besondere Strategie: Mit Hilfe von Cinnamon versucht er, Misstrauen zwischen Catherine und Eric zu säen. Nach zwei fingierten Mordversuchen gehen die Gauner dem Team schließlich in die Falle.

A husband-and-wife con team, the Hagars, rip off the wealthy for donations to charity, only to take it all for themselves.
