Eine schwangere Frau wird auf offener Straße entführt. Jess hat zwar eine sehr intensive Vision, wo das Opfer sein könnte. Da die Frau aber kurz vor der Entbindung steht, ist das Team auf die Hilfe des Arztes angewiesen. Nach und nach konzentrieren sich die Untersuchungen auf eine andere Patientin. Es gibt zahlreiche Hinweise, dass Lösegeld erpresst werden soll. Doch als die Entführte überraschend gefunden wird, stellt sich heraus, dass ihr Baby offenbar operativ entfernt wurde.

A pregnant woman is snatched off the street. Jess' visions regarding the case are more intense than ever. As the woman is just days from delivery, the team enlists the help of the woman's fertility doctor. They begin to close in on one of her other patients, with all signs pointing to a kidnapping for ransom. Just before the ransom drop, the woman is found but her baby has been surgically removed.
