Abijeet Duddala was born to Manmohan Duddala and Lakshmi Prasanna Duddala on the 11th of October, 1988. His ancestors migrated to Hyderabad to assist with the construction of The Charminar. Ever since, his family has been into the construction and contracts business. He subsequently got selected and was cast as the main lead of the film as Amala Akkineni's son.
