科技通且满怀梦想的陈春林因一只神秘打火机穿越回1930年代的新加坡，与为救妹妹而奔走的机智酒吧女郎Kayla联手谋利。他们在殖民时期的繁华街道、歌台与黑帮势力间周旋，揭开历史谜团，同时面对自身恐惧与渴望。春林必须证明自己不再是失败者，而Kayla则为家人奋力，最终春林需在成为自己想要的人或历史需要的人之间作出抉择。
