Picture Imperfect

Alison ist befördert worden. Für ihren ersten Auftrag engagiert Alison Jo als Fotograf. Unterdessen begleitet Michael Billy zu einem Blind-Date. Aber Billy ist schnell genervt und versucht, seine Verabredung loszuwerden. Rhonda plagen unterdessen ernsthafte Zweifel, ob sie für Ehe und Familienleben schon bereit ist...

Alison is promoted to junior account executive and works with art director Amanda Woodward on an underwear account. Alison flirts with the handsome tennis star who is modeling for the account. She decides not to pursue him because she fears it could affect her career. Jo is hired as photographer, but jeopardizes the account with her ""alternative"" photos. Alison gets into hot water when she takes a risk and shows the client Jo's photos, even though they had already expressed approval about the more traditional shots. Jo upsets Jake and Alison by going to dinner with Rex. She later apologizes to Jake and admits that she has strong feelings for him. Billy doesn't hit it off with a blind date arranged by Michael, but is attracted to Amanda. An overwhelmed Rhonda breaks her engagement after Terrence tries to buy them a house in the suburbs.

Alison obtient une promotion de comptable exécutive junior et doit être assistée de sa nouvelle collègue Amanda. Elles doivent trouver un photographe pour une publicité de sous-vêtements et propose Jo, qui fait du travail très professionnel, mais prend des clichés de mâles nus, photos qui ne plaisent pas exactement au client. Billy essaie un "blind date" arrangé par Michael mais est embêté et veut se débarrasser d'elle. Terrence propose à Rhonda qu'il pense qu'ils devraient demeurer dans leur maison lorsqu'ils vont se marier. Elle trouve que ça va trop vite pour elle, et considère rompre avec lui
