تتناول الأحداث قصة الأب سعد الذي يُتهم بقتل زوجته ويُسجن ظلما، وعندما يُخرج من السجن بعد قضاء عقوبته، يجمع أولاده حوله ويحاول رعايتهم وتعويضهم عما عانوه طوال فترة غيابه، ويتحمل مشاكلهم حتى بعد أن صار كل واحد منهم ذو أهلية، ويبدأ في البحث عن قاتل زوجته والانتقام منه.
