Land of Fish and Rice

Vietnam is a land of plenty. Much of its land is fertile for farming, and its waters are rich with fish and seafood. Martin follows the cycle of rice cultivation and harvesting, and observes how rice is made into the popular rice noodle, and how fish is made into the Vietnamese national condiment, fish sauce.
