Marsupilami

Das Marsupilami ist begeistert von dem Gedanken, endlich Vater zu werden. Aber seine Freude währt nicht lange: Zwei Junge pellen sich wohlbehalten aus ihren Schalen, jedoch das dritte schwarz-gelb-gefleckte Tierchen wird gestohlen, noch ehe es den Weg aus dem Ei gefunden hat. Die Diebe sind für Königin Cata, Herrscherin von Catapampa, unterwegs, um deren Sammlung exotischer Eier zu bereichern. Das Marsupilami heftet sich an die Fersen der Räuber, um seinen künftigen Nachwuchs zu retten …

Disney's version of the marsupilami first appeared on television in Raw Toonage in 1992, and was then spun off into his own eponymous show on the NBC network. Marsupilami is a fast talking marsupial who is like half-cheetah/half-monkey with a long tail. His supporting characters included Maurice the Gorilla, Stuie the Elephant, Eduardo the Jaguar, Norman the Poacher, and other characters. The original Marsupilami stories by Franquin never encountered a gorilla or elephant, since these species are native to Africa, while the marsupilami originates from South America. There were thirteen episodes in the series, and the series lasted one season. Reruns of the show were aired on both Disney Channel (1995-1998) and Toon Disney (1998-2009).

Marsupilami è uno strano e rarissimo animale simile ad un incrocio tra una scimmia e un cane, con una coda lunghissima e prensile, orecchie lunghe e pelo giallo e maculato. Vive con la sua famiglia formata dalla sua compagna, i tre figli e il fedele, ma stupido, gorilla Maurice, nella intricata e inesplorata giungla Palombiana. Il suo verso è "Houba!". Ben presto l'uomo arriva anche in quel piccolo paradiso terrestre e Marsupilami è costretto ad abbandonare la sua casa per avventurarsi nella civiltà moderna, qui cercherà un modo per difendere la sua amata giungla.

En la jungla de Palombia vive una extraña criatura con su familia, inteligente, vivaracho, provisto de una fuerza descomunal, ingenioso, despabilado y muy extrañable, su nombre… Marsupilami. Con poderes especiales y talentos inusitados, no hay nada que este curioso ser no pueda hacer. Provisto de una larga cola que utiliza tanto como lazo como muelle, Marsupilami nada, vuela, corre, salta, y se enfrenta a lo más malvados de sus enemigos sin pestañear.
