ジヤという老人が新入社員、マンマルという控えめなペンギンを連れてきて、彼が所有する山に住む3つの忍者一族の間の300年の戦いに参加します。しかし、他の臆病なツエンジロウ（キツネ）と素早いタヌタロ（アライグマ）は、最新の訓練生が薄片状のペンギンではないにしても、礼儀正しいことに他ならないことを知ってがっかりします。そして、ペンギンだけでなく、プロのサッカー選手になることを夢見ているペンギン。
