In Chicago, Kirby joins a boxing gym and tutor group called The Bloc. After taking a few punches, Kirby learns what it means to be an effective boxing coach, as well as a good teacher. Working in the gym and in the classroom, Kirby helps students become the best fighters and learners they can be. To put his coaching skills to the test, Kirby is assigned to help one of the boxers achieve his final goal: the coveted white gloves.
