国境で起きた競り合いがオトメ同士の戦闘にまで発展してしまったことから、世界情勢は不穏な方向へと向かっていた。その頃、ナツキの命を受け出張したシズルは、オトメ同士が戦ったルーテシアの国境付近を調査していた折、ミユと出会う。ミユの語る言葉に疑問を感じ、力ずくでも聞き出そうとするシズルだったが……。
