故事发生在静谧山区的一家疗养院。年轻的心理医生孟喃（刘畅饰）和穆思凡（卢杉饰）作为实习医生来到了这个与世隔绝的诡异地方，开始了一段段耐人寻味的离奇故事。疗养院里的精神病人千奇百怪，各自禁锢在自己纷繁复杂的精神世界里等待救赎。而那些穿着白大褂的医生护士，也彼此心怀鬼胎，藏着不可告人的秘密。这不是一个单纯的疗养院，它充斥着神秘的事物，心底的神魔鬼怪在常识和真理的边界蠢蠢欲动。而拥有着超自然力量的孟喃最终是能达成自己的神秘目的还是坠入可怕的陷阱，我们无法预知。精神世界的厚重壁垒，已经裂开缝隙。
