Lupin has invited all of his friends to a villa on a private island. It's the first time they've seen each other for the past five years. Lupin is planning a big surprise while they are all at the villa except Fujiko, Goemon, & Jigen find Lupin's behavior to be unusual. They're also curious on who the man in the iron mask is who is chained up to a wall for reasons they're about to find out.

En 2012, à l’occasion des 40 ans de la série 1 un coffret spécial à été commercialisé, Master Files, dedans outre des bonus il y avait un OAV inédit adaptant un chapite du manga Shin Lupin III, pour l’occasion cet OAV a été doublé par les anciens comédiens (ceux parti à la retraite en 2011 donc).
