ليلى ممرضة، وتجد مضايقات من المشرفة لعدم تنفيذها لأوامر تخالف الأنظمة، فتتهمها تهمًا باطلة ويشهد ضدها زورًا زميلاتها في العمل فتترك المستشفى وتذهب إلى مدينة بعيدة فتعمل في مستشفى أخرى، وهناك تجد الدكتور جلال صاحب المغامرات النسائية فيحاول ايقاعها في شباكه وهي ترفض هذه التصرفات.
