厲氏集團總裁厲仲謀（言承旭 飾）是個外表冷血無情的不婚主義者。旗下的盛華酒店開業慶典在即。慶典舉行時，厲仲謀的女朋友明星張曼迪（馮靖 飾）在舞台上表演時突發意外，倒塌的舞台砸傷了童童（王印桐 飾），厲仲謀見狀急忙安排將童童送往醫院救治，童童的母親吳桐（佟麗婭 飾）得知兒子受傷急忙往醫院趕來，此時童童因失血過多己經休克，吳桐的血型又不匹配，恰巧路過探望的厲仲謀來到醫院，吳桐跪求他給兒子輸血，並出人意料地說出他就是孩子的父親，厲大為驚異，但後來的DNA檢驗結果竟然證實了吳桐所說的一切。 這場讓所有人始料不及的突發事件打亂了所有人平靜的生活，一場奪子大戰拉開了帷幕......
