Hunter Force: Maori Warriors Location: South Island, New Zealand Joel faces off against an elite team of Maori warriors in the lush and picturesque Buchannan Mountains of New Zealand. He has just 36 hours to traverse over 15 miles through the rough and unforgiving landscape of glacial fields, rocky slopes, forests and river plains all while being pursued by a group of native Maori warriors. In addition to tracking spoor, the Maori “listen” to nature to try and capture their prey. Joel is familiar with military and law enforcement tactics, but with the addition of traditional Maori tracking techniques, this hunt becomes a challenge he never expected.
