يتناول المسلسل العديد من القضايا الاجتماعية التي تدور داخل البيت والشارع الكويتي وكيفية معالجتها وذلك من خلال شخصية الزوجة (أريام) التي تعاني من استهتار زوجها وإهماله لها ولبيتهما وتحاول جاهدة الحفاظ عليه، وأن تصل بسفينتها لبر الأمان.
