A blind student feels he is useless. He is reluctant to do anything at the blind school. The student gains self-confidence when he is talked into being the center for the Winoka football team. He is able to throw Albert across the goal line during the game to score the tying touchdown for the Winoka Warriors, keeping the Warriors from losing.

Los Dragones, el equipo de fútbol de la escuela privada de Winoka, alardean de sus triunfos con los alumnos de la Escuela Libery, y Albert les reta. Para la competición forman el equipo de los Guerreros, que entrenará Garvey. El Sr. Standish vé en su jugador estrella Luke, una amenaza, y lo ficha para su equipo, pero Adam convence a su alumno ciego Tom, de corpulencia similar, para sustituirle.
