The sleeves come off when the teams are challenged to take the lamest LEGO® neighborhoods and create an action-packed dream house in a home renovation-inspired game of "Flip My Block!" For this EXTREME challenge, can the teams take their builds from drab to fab and create an epic, motion-filled build, or will their imaginations fall flat?
In the shortest challenge yet, the teams have just eight hours to create a pirate ship with a creative and cohesive story about its captain and the treasure they're in search of. At the end of the challenge, the builders dock their ships to see how their creations hold up against the rest of the fleet.
Buckle in tight! The four remaining pairs are tasked with creating a roller coaster that incorporates a mechanical lift, a drop, and imagination that reaches new heights. Within 12 hours, the teams must create a coaster that is technically sound and have an aesthetically pleasing theme throughout the build. Only three teams will ride into the finale.
The three remaining teams have 24 hours to create a massive build complete with storytelling, creativity and technical aspects to claim the title as LEGO Masters. The team that pushes their creativity and skills to the limit and creates a show-stopping build will take home a $100,000 cash prize, the ultimate LEGO trophy and the grand title of LEGO Masters. And for the first time in the show's history, the winning build will be transformed into a set and displayed at a LEGO flagship store.
