يدور حول مدرس باحدى المدارس الإلزامية، يعاني من ضيق الحال وله عديد من المشاكل مع اولياء أمور التلاميذ وخاصة الفئة غير المتعلمة، وهو صاحب مبادئ ويرفض التخلي عنها، ولكنه يجد نفسه يتخلى عنها بضغط من عوامل اخرى!.. اشتهر هذا المسلسل بالعديد من المواقف الكوميدية مثل مشهد (مصر هي أم عباس) لفؤاد المهندس والمنتصر بالله.
