يدور المسلسل حول شابان قد قررا السفر خارج البلاد بحثا عن العلم، ولكن عندما عادا وجدا أن كل شيء في بلدهما قد تغير تماما، وتمكن اليأس من أهل البلد وتوقفوا عن العمل أو التعلم، ولذلك يتعهد الشابان بمحاربة هذا اليأس بسلاح العلم.
