في إطار درامي، وبعد زواج مطاوع من زبيدة دون ارادتها كي ينجب الولد، يٌقتل مطاوع ويُتهم مصطفى حبيب زبيدة السابق، وتُتهم أيضا زوجته هنية وشقيقه وعامر، وعندما يعود أحمد للقرية ويعلم باتهام أخيه مصطفى في قضية لم يرتكبها يقرر مساعدته.
