樫村（仲村トオル）は順調な人生を送ってきたが、勤務先の銀行が吸収合併されて、運命が一転。同期の宮内(椎名桔平)ら行員たちは次々と辞めていく。そんな中、樫村は占い師（ミッキー・カーチス）から「七味とうがらしをきかせた、味に深みのある人生になる」と予言される。やがて樫村も銀行を辞め、職探しをする中、投資会社社長の山本（大谷亮平）から飲食フランチャイズ会社の再建の仕事を持ち掛けられて…。
