Using false identities, Christmas and Kurau flee to Los Angeles. They discover a Rynax energy plant nearby and Kurau decides to investigate. However the GPO has managed to follow them to LA, and the pair find themselves cornered by the GPO.
ＧＰＯはクラウを捜索にやってくるが、既にクラウとクリスマスは飛行機に乗り、逃亡した後だった。ダグは偽造パスポートを売る女エージェントから情報を得て、クラウ達の後を追う。ロサンゼルスに着いたクラウとクリスマスは車で海辺の道路を走っていた。すると突然、誰かに呼ばれたような感覚に襲われる。その『声』が聴こえる方向に向かうとそこには四方を塀で取り囲んだ巨大な施設があった。
