เรื่องราวของโชค เจ้าของโรงแรมพันล้านที่สร้างอาณาจักรจากการฆ่าครอบครัวเจ้าของที่ดินเมื่อ 15 ปีก่อน ชัช น้องชายไม่เห็นด้วยกับวิธีของโชค จึงส่ง "ชินภัทร" ลูกชายของโชคไปเรียนที่สวิส เพื่อหนีศัตรู ที่นั่นชินภัทรได้เจอกับ "ไปรมา" ลูกสาวของ ส.ส. ปฐวี ศัตรูของพ่อ ความเกลียดชังระหว่างครอบครัวทำให้ทั้งคู่กลายเป็นคู่กัด ขณะเดียวกัน "โรส" หญิงลึกลับที่มีญาณพิเศษ เตือนว่าโชคจะเจอกับผลกรรม แต่โชคไม่เชื่อ ไม่นานก็มีมือสังหารบุกกลางงานวันเกิดของชินภัทร แต่พลาดเป้าหมาย และหายตัวไปอย่างลึกลับ
