Vicky comes to Bijoy's house. He tells Sonakshi that Dev has decided to take over her house for defaulting on her loan. Ishwari advises Dev to end his relationship with Sonakshi. Vicky asks Sonakshi to sign on the prenuptial agreement. Sonakshi meets Dev and tells him that he should not have broken her trust.
