When I was in middle school I only had 1 friend. We were the quiet kids in school who spent our free time either doing homework or reading books together. One day during class, we noticed students passing notes to each other but we weren't getting any of them. Feeling left out, I wrote a note to pass to my friend. I wrote Hello! He sat right next to me so I just handed it to him. When he opened it, he laughed a little and wrote something right underneath my Hello! Once he was done, he folded it up and I stuck my hand out to get the note back but he passed it to the girl next to him. Confused, I tapped him on the shoulder and asked why he gave it to her. Then it happened. Our teacher walked by the girl and grabbed the note. My friend looked at me with his eyes wide opened and mouthed the words, I'm Sorry! The teacher read the note out loud to the class. "Hello! I have the biggest crush on you. Will you walk with me to my next class and hold my hand? -KHOA" The whole class laughed. I cried. My friend cried. The girl looked at me and shook her head no. I dropped out of school the next day. I'm just kidding but it was funny and embarrassing and I actually made some new friends after that.
