Молодой художник Рустам влюблён в прекрасную Мадину. Чтобы добиться её внимания, он решает подарить девушке то, о чем она мечтает, — чудесные очки «Очи-3000». Рустам отправляется таксовать в Гигаполис на старой летающей «Волге» — ему предстоит совершить 300 поездок, чтобы собрать нужную сумму и исполнить желание Мадины.
