بعد أن أن توطدت العلاقة بين بيان وغمار، واشتعلت نيران الحب والغرام بينهما، كانت مشكلة تورط بيان في شحنة أدوية فاسدة بالمستشفى التي تعمل بها أول حائط يُبنى بينهما، حيث طردته وتشاجرت معه عندما حاول غمار التدخل في الأمر وإنقاذ حبيبته.
