In this episode, we meet the friendly Kev Willis as he has a few yarns with the passengers and discusses the underlying issues he has with the job, and himself.
Kev continues his work as he yarns to mighty fine blokes on his way across the Coothanaise to Brissie CBD route. Kev discusses his red light problem and gets into an accident as we see Kev have a wave of anger.
Kev's anger rises as he dashes in to work late. He skips the yarns and fights red lights as he speeds along to pick up his passengers, maybe getting into something more than a minor accident...
Kev is demoted back to his university route after a more than a minor accident. An old regular of Kev's gets on the bus and they get into some shenanigans when a bald Irish passenger decides to interrupt their day.
Kev is appointed with supervisor Mr. John as he drives the Gabba route picking up major AFL fans. Kev tries to suppress his anger and improve his driving via a mix of rum and pingers, only to end up more enraged than ever before.
Kev pulls in for a quick pit-stop into his hometown of Inala. He meets the local music gangs and small business owners for some quick yarns and billies before embarking to Perth. This is a remake of the Inala pilot.
Kev finally arrives to Perth after years, promptly leaving to head straight into The Trail of Tramp Beazley. Kev stops in for a quick pick me up for the trip.
Trekking up north, Kev makes his way from Perth toward Alice Springs to meet up with an old matey and learn some ancient combat techniques. Kev, Brother Murray and Drythroat Craig have a song session around the campfire.
Kev relaxes by trying out a few combat moves taught to him by Brother Murray. Kev hits the road to longreach. An insight into Kev's dark past is revealed.
Kev arrives at Longreach, visiting the residents at the Beazley Egg Farm. Kev quickly discovers the group is an altruist sexual and cannibal cult, led by a "School Shooter Josh". Season Finale.
Set 6 years after season 2, Kev is fed up living in what is essentially a squatters dump. He hits the road south-ways, stopping at a servo before leaving Longreach. On the other side of the law is Sleet, an officer of the Brispigs Task Force assigned to bring Kev down.
Kev stops in to a golf course to try and get an understanding of the game before visiting a "bank". Sleet recounts The Translink Maniac's murders.
Kev takes a boat down to Sydnaise, meeting a local "undercover". Sleet stays on the chase, getting in to hot water.
Kev stops at Coughs Harbour with a sneaky plan to distract the state coppers before returning to the dark underbelly of Inala. Sleet closes in on Kev with some information from Doc Knock.
In this feature length finale set six months after Kev comes into contact with the Brispigs, he escapes to Stoner Creek to shack up with his brother, Trev. Kev now works as a Luba driver and gets to meet locals but it doesn't quite stack up to bus driving for him. Sleet flashes back to what went wrong six months before, before continuing his ruthless off-the-book police work, cutting close on Kev's trail.
